Our foundation celebrates the city’s artistic spirit by supporting local musicians, artists, and cultural events. Additionally, the foundation plays a vital role in addressing community needs, fostering a thriving and inclusive Merritt.

Giving to this fund is your connection to local charity, providing support for Merritt today while creating new choices for new projects in future.

All donations to this fund are invested and the principal is never spent, instead the interest from the fund is given out year-after-year, creating a perpetual source of income for your community.

This fund was established by BC Interior Community Foundation to support charitable activities or charitable organizations whose activities are within the objectives of the Foundation and more specifically to assist charitable organizations in the City of Merritt. Donations to this fund directly support the people and projects in the City of Merritt.
