Final Financial Report

  • The overall budget including your actual revenue and expenses
  • The amount of Community Prosperity Grant funding used
  • The variance between budgeted and actual amounts
  • Any Community Prosperity Grant funding remaining

Did the project’s actual revenue or expenses differ significantly from the approved budget? Please explain any significant variances, changes to project funding sources or changes in how the Foundation’s grant was used. If grant funding remains unspent, state the amount and explain why.

The Community Prosperity Fund was designed to give local non-profit organizations the flexibility to decide how funding could best support their work and respond to community needs, including both operational expenses and project delivery. With up to three years to use the grant, we understand that the full impact may not yet be known.
