The Chamber Musicians Endowed Fund was established to support the ongoing operations and long-term sustainability of the Chamber Musicians of Kamloops, a passionate and community-based nonprofit society dedicated to inspiring appreciation for the beauty of chamber music.
CMK’s mission is to foster a love of chamber music and to become a leading cultural organization in British Columbia.
Through performance, outreach, and education, they are committed to increasing the enjoyment and appreciation of a diversity of musical styles in the Kamloops area.

About Chamber Musicians of Kamloops
Founded in the fall of 2008, the Chamber Musicians of Kamloops (CMK) has grown from a small group of local musicians and supporters into a dynamic organization enriching the cultural landscape of Kamloops and the Thompson-Okanagan region.
Guided by the adage “There are enough human minds for music but not enough music for human minds,” CMK strives to be an open forum for musical expression, welcoming new members—whether performers or supporters—with open arms.
How the Fund Helps
The Chamber Musicians Endowed Fund ensures that CMK can continue delivering high-quality performances, hosting emerging and established musicians, and reaching new audiences throughout the region. This permanent fund supports CMK’s operational needs, concert programming, and community outreach efforts—helping chamber music flourish for years to come.
